SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

Orders shipped by Angelbeautymall are delivered from Monday to Sunday (except holidays, and some areas may not be delivered on Sundays due to the operation restriction of the carrier). Normally, it may take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out your order. During the peak order period, it may take an additional 3-4 business days to process your order.

Angelbeautymall will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination. Please fill in your legal name, delivery address, and contact information accurately. 

Due to the following circumstances, Angelbeautymall is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders: 

● If one or more items in your order are out of stock.

● The recipient name or address is inaccurate or not valid.

● No one is available to sign up on the delivery of the order, resulting in the cost and related consequences of the repeated distribution.

● Force majeure such as: natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes etc.

 

Out of stock handling

Angelbeautymall may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).

In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, Angelbeautymall will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). Angelbeautymall will send an email notification and refund the difference to you.

 

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Massachusetts and out-of-state.

Verification & Shipping 

Please verify your order information when you checkout - Name, Shipping address (zip code, city, country), Billing address, etc. If any provided information is incorrect, it may cause a delay to your order. Please feel free to contact our customer service department if you have any questions.

 

Tracking order

Please login to your Angelbeautymall account to check the order status at any time.

 

Special Note:

● Modify the address before the order is shipped, Angelbeautymall will not charge you.

● We apologize that we are unable to ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.  Orders will be canceled or returned automatically without a valid shipping address.
