如何食用：
15岁以上：每次1包，每日服用三次
8~14岁：每次1/2(二分之一）包，每日服用三次
未满8岁：请勿服用
可以直接吞服，也可放适量的少量温水(不是完全溶于水)，
一口喝掉，味道不是很好，有茴香的味道。
请依上述述建议量，请于餐后2~3小时，配开水服用。

How to drink:
adult (15 years or older):1 package,1 day taking  3 times
8 to 14 years old：1/2 follicles，1 day taking 3 times
less than 8 years old：Not to be taken
The meals will say that after a meal two to three hours.
It can be swallowed directly, or put in a small amount of warm water (not completely dissolved in water), and drink it in one gulp.
